These Terms of Service govern your use of the House of Hensley website and any purchase made through our store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our store

House of Hensley offers limited-edition handcrafted tankards and related goods. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to House of Hensley. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation of the store, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or violate the rights of others.

Products and handcrafted variation

We make every reasonable effort to display products accurately. Because our tankards incorporate natural hardwood and hand-finished details, grain, color, texture, painted accents, and minor finishing characteristics may vary from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of each handcrafted item and are not defects.

Limited-edition quantities are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and any charges will be shown before payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address. Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these terms and provide additional details.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, photographs, product designs, written content, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to House of Hensley and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
